Refunding of monies

On Saturday 11-29 6am I ordered the RegCure PC Optimizer free version, I downloaded and tried to run it. Then I was told that I had to pay 29.95 to make it work. Ok I upgraded and then was told I had to pay 9.95 more for the paretoLogic privacy controls and they would e-mail me the upgrade and license no. S After an hour I heard nothing so I checked the complaints on both companies. Wow! I wanted out immeaditly the money was taken out of my bank account by Safecart.com of 39.90 The money came out and I wanted it back, I tried all weekend to reach any of the companies. Finally on monday both companies emailed me. They will give me 9.95 because I purchased it within 60 days. I believe both companies originate out of Canada.
