Paid for games twice for ayear and only got 2months and got shut off

We bought pogo games in June 16th and september 20. We'd the activities for 2 weeks after which we were turn off. We attempted the amount using the PC and got no one. If there's another quantity to contact please deliver therefore we are able to understand this issue solved. Thanks
