Terrible customer support, repetitions reduce you down when you are speaking (occurred more often than once with increased than one CSR), they billed my card after I'd informed them-not to, they explained that I'dnot have the ability to return the CDs since I have was arguing the cost. I simply wish they do not cost my card anymore (I acquired my money-back, btw, with pressure).
