Fools delivering a note about the talk

That is not really a criticism about google but concerning the fools which come and set platforms to ensure that no body else may perform or even the one in google pool "living and throwing" that's constantly delivering a note about the talk point to foot up the talk therefore no body else may use it it's frustrating and that I think it is a how can we quit this?
