Worst customer support

I came across a pleasant group of racks, among different acquisitions, and had the affiliate established the cost for that group of shelves for me personally. Upon shipping there is just one ledge in 2boxes. I talked using the affiliate straight who appreciated the purchase & confirming the cost for that collection. I had been subsequently used in customer support and recommended that I really could spend one more $100 for that additional ledge since their record within their catalog is obscure.
