Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Don't make the same mistake as I did and get caught up with the website reviews and the toddlers and tiaras advertisement. Review lots of reviews from a variety of sources to get a true picture of this company and the owner Joanna Lemus. My dealing with this company began 5 months ago and I still have no closure or ending in sight. My opinion is that Joanna Lemus holds no accountability for the product she puts out or the service she provides. This has been a terrible experience for me from the beginning. The only thing that has gone uneventful is the transfer of the $1645 dollars from my account to hers. My husband and I do not feel as thoug we will ever see an end to our misfortune, so we opted to be a blessing to others a send a VERY STRONG WARNING to our fellow hardworking consumers prior to buying from this company. Believe me you can can just as good if not much better by purchasing from a local specialty store or ANY other company as far as I am concerned than Princess Canopy Beds!!!
