Princess Canopy Beds
Canopy bed is literally unsafe and the company does not care

I beg anyone who is interested in this company to do hid or her homework first. My wife and I purchased the "ultimate canopy bed" from Joanna. Fist of all it took almost a month longer than it was supposed to, When it finally did arrive it had a damage piece in the box. Also there were no instructions or photos of how to assemble it. While asembing it became apparent the bed was constructed of cheap particle board and plastic poles to hold up the cheapest possible material for curtains. The bed is structurally a disaster. My father, who was a carpenter, Stated the bed was made as cheap as could be and could possible be unsafe.
I contacted the company and requested a phone call.instead I got an e-mail basically telling me they have no liability and its my fault I dont have x-ray vision to see the damaged side.
PLEASE PLEASE do your homework. Don't end up like me and I'm sure many other dissatisfied customers with disappointed daughters. That is the most heartbreaking part of this.
