Horrible Quality, Terrible Customer Service

In March we purchased an Ashley Furniure DuraBlend sectional for $1400. Approximately a year and a half later the thing starting falling apart. The DuraBlend material is totally flaking off. Everytime you sit on the sectional a lot of little brown specks of material fall on the floor and get stuck on your clothes. I am talking enough to vaccum up! I wrote to their "customer service", ha what a joke! I explained in my e-mail that the store we purchased it from had gone out of business. Their response?"Contact the store you purchased it from". They didn't even read the complaint. I will NEVER buy an Ashley product again!!!
