I bought a mattress from Frankis included in a room collection for my child. I also bought the extra Parent Safety strategy. The bedframe smashed inside a week of shipping. I'd to change calling between your Frankis Customer Support and also the Protector people for a few months. Every time, they explained these were waiting on anything in the different. Lastly recently I lay about the telephone 3 hours with them both to ultimately have it solved. They ultimately accepted the alternative to subsequently inform me the mattress was stopped and that I would need to choose another. They didn't care that it had been section of a-5 bit collection. And so they just offered me ther bundle worth of the mattress to choose a brand new one despite the fact that whenever you purchase the items individually they're more costly. What chaos
