I've possessed a Berkline reclining couch and loveseat for 15 weeks. I had been guaranteed that from the sales team at L.S. These two furniture pieces were top quality which the manufactures guarantee was exceptional. Only one month after purchasing this furniture, Berkline went of company. Not a problem, right? In the end, Living Areas is just a large organization and would likely look after any issues I'd anyhow.incorrect! The spring systems in both furniture pieces went negative soon after twelve months. I named customer support and was informed to get images of the furniture and e-mail them in with my title, etc. (the furniture had a-7 year guarantee about the rises) I never noticed from them again, despite many efforts to reconnect together. The corporation doesn't have curiosity about helping their clients after they go out the leading gates. I recognize their shops are large and fairly, and also the sales team is okay, but please realize that this really is all a smokescreen. Save your self a large frustration as time goes on and store where clients continue to be essential and handled as a result.
