Bought a couch in the shop today... Was told shipping could be in 2 weeks... After paperwork was authorized... We looked over the purchase whenever we got home and realized that the day they wrote down was 6 weeks apart... Whenever we asked this... The saleswoman we'd simply spoken to 3 hours prior currently named us liars and stated she told us 4-6 weeks... I stated I wasnt waiting that lengthy and desired to stop the purchase where period we were informed..."ALL SALES ARE FINAL"... I subsequently requested to get a supervisor... He turned combative and declined to matter a credit to the charge card organization... Unpleasant people there-after the purchase... I advised him I had been likely to contact the charge card company immediately as well as meant to document a using the Attorneygeneral... Agency of Consumer-Protection. I named the charge card organization immediately plus they stated I'd to hold back for just two times... But that during those times the purchase could be terminated by them. I understand you've 3 days underneath the regulation to stop a deal... The silly supervisor stated not in retail... Who's he joking... I will with a new-car and stop that purchase within times... Therefore bottom-line after standing my floor... The supervisor realized I intended business and released a credit to the charge card... Dont allow people at shops bully you... All of us have privileges... The corporation is certainly poor business... Deceptive and misleading within their business
