Sagging in the middle in less than month

Should a bed and settled money for this. The bed was emblematic/galileo manufacturer matress. We offered 339.99 for that bed. It had been shipped on february 3. Fourteen days later the bed had been just starting to drop and never endure. We returned towards the organization that people purchased from and didnt would like to get exactly the same bed just in case we'd exactly the same issue. The organization wouldn't offfer to reimbursement our cash just agreed to promote us one which was about 160 bucks greater which we truly couldn't manage. Subsequently fund costs might even be included. I'd prefer to observe anything accomplished to avoid this from happenening to other people of course if it may be solved for me personally it'd be better still. Thanks.
