Great Customer Service - Insinkerator Evolution Compact Waste Dispose

On February 22nd I ordered an Insinkerator Evolution Compact Waste Disposer from Genuine Appliance Parts (genuineapplianceparts.com). They offered the best price I could find and free shipping, so I went with them. The garbage disposer arrived two days later via FedEx. When I open the box, the unit was damaged (the exterior cover was broken). I contacted the company and e-mailed them pictures of the unit. The company responded immediately and sent me a replacement right away (they even upgraded to the PRO series at no cost to me to compensate for the original problem). I will certainly buy again from Genuine Appliance Parts when the need arises and I highly recommend this company, not only for their great prices, but more importantly for their excellent and very responsive customer service.
