They claim there is a spot on the mattress, they consultant came out seemed scared to death and afraid he would lose his job he said they already tried to make him pay for another mattress, this mattress is sinking in and on the opposite side there was a small iced tea spot that came out with soap and water. I paid thousands for this supposed mattress they claim all the stars sleep on such as OPRAH. These people make a living cheating consumers.
