I purchased a "leather" loveseat and recliner from the Turnersville, NJ Ashley in 2007. Within the first six months the finish was peeling off the back of the loveseat. After a year of multiple phone calls and service visit errors they replaced it in 2009. A year and a half later the same thing is happening to the back along with the bottom cushion surface is coming off. It is a waste of time calling again to just get a run around. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from Ashley again. POOR POOR Quality furniture!!!
