I bought a family room collection from Frank's Furniture in March. Recently I experimented with contact the State division to type in a brand new state since the knee of my desk smashed. I adopted requests and was left on-hold for an hour or so till I mentioned overlook this. Which means this day I contact them-and once more I'm on-hold, this time around for just two hours! At this time i hang-up and contact another division... They reply and that I let them know what happened. They do not trust me so that they contact with me about the telephone... On-hold around 30 minutes, somebody subsequently responded but by that point I currently had spent 4 hours of my entire life into attempting to type in a state to get a coffee table. And that I request the individual why it required so long to reply and he or she stated large phone amount... For that extended? Awful Customer Support.
