Think this is a scam beware

First of all we had a representative show up at our business to do a 5 minute presentation. He showed up an hour earlier than we had agreed with and was completely unprepared. I had to give him a pen, paper, and he had to use our phone to call corporate in Texas to answer questions because he did not know answers to anything. All he did was show a video on an old laptop. The rest of the time I spoke to corporate in Texas. I was told we could not get a quote on rates unless we signed up with them first. I also did some research and found out that they changed their name. The original company was called Crescent Processing. If you look that up on here, there are tons of bad reviews. I definitely will not be signing up with them.
