In dallas, texas they are trying to charge us fees we shouldn't have to pay

We were approched by a credit card processing company. The sales representative was very nice and kept talking about how much money he was going to save us. We did sign a contract at about 4:00 that afternoon.

After checking online, regarding their business practices, which gave them horrible reviews, we called at 8:00 A.M. The next morning and cancelled. We cancelled with the representative and we faxed a canellation letter as well. We also called our bank and had a Stop Payment on any drafts from them that might come in.

Even though we had cancelled they still sent us their credit card machine, which came by FedEx and we refused it. They have also attempted to still draw a fee from our bank account which was paid in error and has since been redeposited by our bank into our account. And they are still trying to get money from us. I would sincerely suggest anyone who comes in contact with them not to do business with them. They are a scamming company and their contract has alot of hidden fees and charges.
