Horrible Customer service

Bought some furnishings from Mor in January. After shipping, once we were shifting the furniture around, we discovered a young child's glove down-side of sofa and chose to keep searching; discovered a Lot Of dust And 2 pennyis! The furniture was utilized! We named and sent a lot of occasions but obviously no reaction to our question. Why were we provided applied furniture? We requested before purchase If we'd be obtaining floor-model since we requested additional items and revenue woman stated " oh no, I've one completely new wrapped-up in again for ya"., BS. Never am I going to buy another product from Mor again!!
