Sold me VERY BAD QUALITY Mattresses

Caution! Don't purchase out of this location really dishonest. Purchased two beds from Macie (the dog owner) at Present Day Furniture & Waterbed who assured us the beds were supreme quality. Beds were lightweight and incredibly poor quality! These were not of the exact same quality whilst the types they've for display within their shop. I am not really a really large individual, I lay about the mattress for that very first time I sank into the bed material about the bed was really slim and pulls up when u take a seat on it with no padding underneath top-layer of substance! Significantly less than a day later attempted to come back the mattress-but informed it had been a 'special-order' consequently wouldn't return us our cash. It was not mentioned on my bill or on my purchase! They'd not except the delivered product which was still covered in unique plastic bagging it arrived in! The dog owner Macie was really rude, shouting and incredibly unprofessional.in conclusion this headache they charged one more $95 for that return. Won't ever conduct business with this specific rude and unprofessional woman again and would not suggest this spot to ANYBODY!!! Buyer beware!!
