Refuse to replace matress

Bought beds and within 2 weeks they sunk 2" in the centre. A repetition found my home and stated these were poor and also the organization changed them. The following collection did the same! This time around I'd to complete anything myself to show these were poor. I sent paperwork and pictures. Twice they mentioned it was since the mattress didn't have correct assistance under it. Third-time, I delivered more paperwork and pictures showing the mattress did have appropriate assistance. Next notice from their store mentioned it had been since "Todays beds are constructed of more and heavier foam than beds of yesteryear, and small thoughts are unavoidable and anticipated." Well I actually donot believe a-2" body impact is typical. Whenever a firm provides two distinct reasons to avoid praising their guarantee, they're not worth your company!
