Matress failure

Purchased a Simmons King-Size bed in 2007 (stated in 2006) from AARONis and contains collapsed within the sleeping places. The product number is M14750.60.7300. This bed has triggered both people to find back-pain medical aid. It was an extremely costly retail bed. It's a foam top-layer that'll not go back to its low-fat placement. It's a produced a sizable middle difficulty operating from top-to-bottom. We tried placing a cushion top bed protection onto it, an that's not served both. The maker must repair or substitute, but no motion from their website. I'd not suggest anybody purchasing any bed from Aaron’s or Simmons. Awful, lousy solution and assistance.
