No furniture/waiting on check

I taken care of my couch/loveseat 2/22/10. I had been never provided a particular shipping day, they suggested they'd four weeks because of the agreement. I contact the shop continuously, they barely responded & they might never tell me after I might obtain my furniture. Following a month of I actually donot understands, & were attempting to deliver it from another shop, i requested to get a return. They attempted to persuade me to locate anything within the shop but I needed my$1058 back. They explained they mightnot provide me cash-back, I'm presently waiting on the check... Keep me inside your hopes... Smh 3/21/10
