I'll never buy something from Restoration Hardware again. 5 1/2 weeks before, we requested a couch and armchair. These are custom products, and also have to become produced especially for us. Good. They guaranteed 6 to 2 months. They delayed the purchase not once, but twice, such that it required 3 1/2 weeks to get the things. Subsequently, upon shipping, I really could inform within the first minute I noticed it that there have been spots and scrape marks all around the couch. We requested to get a substitute couch, which again needed to be custom-ordered. So then, six months later, your day prior to the alternative sofa was to become shipped, the shipping support calls to inform me there are dark spots throughout this sofa, and they are returning it to Repair Hardware, and purchasing ANOTHER alternative sofa, that'll again consider a few months to obtain — to get a whole of 9 weeks delay period from once the unique purchase was positioned. Undesirable. I contact RH myself, plus they provide me $250 cash-back off the purchase, or perhaps a $500 discount about the stained couch. They'dnot move any more than this, though it was likely to consider 9 weeks and over $3500 to merely obtain a family room collection (that's, if that 3rd alternative couch hadnot include spots aswell, like couches Number 1 and Number 2 did). I told them in the future and get the armchair, that people returning anything and eliminating the whole purchase. After I pressed more, detailing how totally insufficient their efforts to fulfill me like a client were, they decided to provide me a $150 gift certificate towards another RH purchase. Like I'll actually move near their shop again. The corporation completely failed, over the panel, and that I am annoyed.
