Mother's Power Lift Chair Motor Failed, Nobody Answers Customer Service

My eighty five year old mother purchases a power lift chair from Bob's. She purchases the goof proof protection. The lift motor fails. She calls and calls, I call and call and e-mail and No one ever answers the phone. Such poor customer service. Bob you are a fraud, your commercials are very convincing, but when the customer needs service you are not there. Why don't you try calling your own 800 and see what happens to you. I or my family or anyone I tell this story to will never do any business with your company again. Bob you are a fraud!!!
