Target
I am very upset

I just returned from my second trip to Target in Ridgedale, Minnetonka, MN. Why a second trip? Because I purchased a bottle of Bounce Ironing Spray and the top was not screwed on tight; something the check out person should have been aware of when she stuck in a bag with my other purchases. I returned home, picked up my mail and stuck in the same bag so I would have a hand free to open my door. Imagine my horror when I opened the bag to find the entire contents had spilled over my purchases and my mail, including a baby gift that had been mailed to me. Of course, I turned around and went back to Target to complain. Unfortunately, in all the chaos my receipt was washed away in the wet mess. Did the 'service' desk help me replace my items, offer to compensate me for the ruined baby gift, or try to make my messy ordeal any easier? Absolutely not.in fact, they stood and watched as a 78 year old woman ran around their store replacing ruined items, ruined not because of my fault, but rather from a careless check out person, or whoever stocked the shelf with the product. I have been a loyal Target customer since Targer opened its first store in Minneapolis. I have all prescriptions filled there. However, after the shabby treatment I received this evening, and how ill I am now feeling as a result of all the running I was forced to do, I will certainly think twice before returning to Target. It saddens me to think that in this day and age, customer service has sinked to such a low level, especially had company like Target that at one time took pride in its service. I will expect an immediate response to this complaint, and some recompense for the aggravation, loss, and effort I was required to put forth to rectify your error.
