Upholstery shield scam

Purchased leather furniture in 2006 and was informed the Protection Program included all holes and leaks on leather.in regards to a year-ago we'd a little split about one-inch within our love-seat and was informed that it wasnt coated, the little split has become over a foot-long but still there wont substitute or fix, anything more and also the so-called brouchure was published after my purchase was created. I'd never get from here again
