I bought a bed and boxspring from their store within the worcester mass shop after I got completely to NY I really could not obtain the boxspring in my own space since it was a master rather than the king i orderd! Not really the organization ofice might assist me! Today I'm caught in NY having a boxspring in the centre of my family room without any someone to assist!!! I work-in customer support and that I understand they must be doing anything inside capacity to assist but rather they keep showing me that they're sorry since i bought these products inside discount factory there's nothing they are able to do!
