Buyers beware

My partner and me purchased a sofa and love-seat from Linderis.in the shop we examined them both and preferred the appearance and general convenience and softness of the pillows. We unzipped the pillows in the shop to determine what supplies these were made from and chose to have them. Per week later we got our furniture and also to our shock the pillows were difficult as rocks. Once we unzipped them we discovered these were created using various supplies compared to types within the shop. We approached customer support we got this really rude woman "Rosa" that did not wish to pay attention to what I had been stating and maintained making reasons why the pillows were hard - "they must be used", "the pillows in the shop were older and experienced better". This support consultant handled me as an idiot and declined to look after the issue! Main point here is the fact that the furniture Linderis is wearing it is showrooms ISN'T JUST LIKE WHAT YOU SHOULD FIND!!! Buyers beware!!!
