I positioned six seats within their layaway at the conclusion of Nov. I included a torso item the following month towards the layaway. Both salesman and workplace people guaranteed me that I really could make funds every fourteen days on product til it had been taken care of, that we did. Our funds ranged from 300 - 100 every fourteen days. On March 20th the salesman named to I would like to realize that the furniture have been "decreased". I've nearly taken care of all of the furniture. The seats have been chosen by me simply because they matched my current desk and two tapestry mind seats that I already-owned. The torso was chosen becasue it matched my current bedroom accessories. I'm today informed from the supervisor "Pam" that I can't get a reimbursement and should "simply choose another thing out." Perhaps Pam doesnot realize that you simply do not choose furniture out that you simply do not require, or it doesn't complement your current material. I'm today having to purchase what i do not desire or require. Used to do not break my contract together - i did so spend based on the program. They're those now who will not give me what i had been spending money on. However they'll not refund my money for the products i can't get. This is exactly what happens when people believe their policies are some type of law!!! Nevertheless, their rival artwork truck provides customers the possibility to either select another piece or have their money refunded in such instances!!! Therefore, individuals visit art van and do not wreck havoc on the slick consider your money when it ain't your problem people at gardner white! (i wonder what bill would consider this?)
