Horrible customer service from store and district manage

I simply got a PC from Aarons' and was informed it'd have anything I required mounted, including Anti Virus. 2-3 weeks later I will have a disease on my pc. I discover what they did was fill a "free" edition of an AV system. I work with a software organization and our specialists had really a difficult time-telling me what type of virus-infected my pc. After I named only a little peeved concerning the scenario, the supervisor from Aarons explained "no body was to the touch his computers". Silly me... I believed since I have was spending money on it, the pc was type of mine. Easily had recognized that which was mounted I'd have set a much better AV system onto it. I've moved my consideration to a different shop, which puts A30 day test of the proposed AV plan and it has awesomecustomer support.

I am also not excited simply because they made a decision to contact somebody from a software I completed 6 years back. Fortunately my buddy didnot mind however it is unprofessional to not contact somebody and tell them you're utilizing data they didnot supply. Imagine Aarons' does not like admitting they did not do their work and obtain enough referrals.

After I introduced this up using the Area Supervisor he says that whatever the info being 6 yrs old, they are able to still utilize it... I discover this greater than a little frightening. What else are they performing with private information?
