We recently bought a China Hutch, Curio Cabinet, along with a Couch from Mathis Brothers on 2/7/10. Once they sent the things on 2/10/10, the corner pegs were lacking for that glass racks within the china hutch. I named them that night and was informed to call-back 24 hours later as customer support was shut.

I called the morning of 2/11/10 and was informed the pegs might venture out within the email in my experience that evening.By Wednesday 2/16/10 we nevertheless hadn't obtained them-so I called again. I had been informed they needed to originate from the manufacturer plus they were sent on Saturday 2/13.

On Thursday 2/18 we nevertheless did not ask them to and so I named again, simply to notice they were shipping to Mathis Friends, not me. And that I was handed still another justification why I still could not set my dining area back together.

I asked for your pegs in the one on-display since I have had previously waited this lengthy and was informed they mightnot do this. After worrying and informing the man that I had been lured to possess them come get every item we purchased, he explained he'd examine and contact me back. No-call arrived.

So today, 2/23/10, my spouse calls and gets exactly the same reasons. Just today they're stating they wont provide us the pegs in the show since allegedly our pegs are just 2 times out and also the merchandiser cannot warrant it. Okay, pardon me, but I've been inconvenienced for just two months today plus they are concerned about a few times? They've had my cash for more than 2 months and that I do not have what I settled for.

My husband and that I are most likely likely to contact them inside the time and let them know to simply come get anything. I'll move elsewhere on the planet, but won't move base through their door again. And given that they possess Factory-Direct, we shall not be buying there both.
