Worst customer service ever

My Spouse and that I were getting into a brand new house and chose to purchase alomst a whole housefull of furniture. We visited Mathis Friends even though searching for new bed experienced a salesman from the title of TY. Ty was excellent and guaranteed us they were happy to possess our company which if we weren't happy they'd do exactly what they might to create us content. We chose to purchase a Tempurpedic bed for the fresh mattress (we'd formerly purchased a "knock-off" tempurpedic and we weren't pleased with it since it maintains warmth during the night. Ty guaranteed us the distinction between your Tempur Pedic and also the "knock-off" was that it'd NOT keep heat. We purchased a Master Suite collection, Tempur Pedic bed, Bunk Beds with underbed storage, Entertainment center-console and hutch, Couch and Loveseat, Finish platforms, table and seats, Two stools along with a carpet. We purchased over $12,000. O0 in new furniture in a single end. This isn't such as the additional 3-5 thousand within the last five years. We'd several small issues on the way that people needed to state on Mathis Friends to look after but were solved. Nevertheless, the main issues that I can not ignore they'll DO-NOTHING about!!! The carpet we purchased for the family room fell apart in times. It had been an overall total clutter, our moving infant couldn't show up off the ground without seeking just like a dust bunny. It destroyed my Dyson vacuum. Burned it-up!!! $400.00 vaccume destroyed with a $3oo. 00 carpet. Whenever we named we were direced towards the supervisor of the carpet gallery and he or she informed us the carpet wasn't a great one and they would not actually be maintaining it in-stock due to the issues they'd withit. She stated that we'd be studied care of it and they might substitute or repair the machine of course if not she himself might relace it. A couple of days later (after no-return telephone calls) I called them back. They'd just consider the rug back and we had a need to save money cash to get a greater carpet. Which was it!!! They needed more income and overlook the Dyson, it had been a missing cause to obtain it replced or mounted. Today it's 3 months later and also the HIGH-DOLLAR bed that TY guaranteed us wouldn't get hot during the night... It gets warm. We're sensible people-so we broke the screen. It's Okla so it's chilly outside... It FROZE our mattress!!! I'm not joking! A king-size packet!!! Its required 8 hours of warmth to obtain our bed sleepable again. I called Tempur Pedic and informed them of our issue plus they are well-aware of the issues. "It's exceptionally tempature sensetive, the salesman must have never told you it'dnot get warm". I suppose actually Tempur Pedic gets warm and it is recognized for absorbing and reatining warmth or chilly for instance. She stated we have to contact the shop and speak with them. We contact and spoke to TY and he informs is the fact that it willnot get warm which it'd be considered a guarantee problem to occupy with Tempur Pedic. We keep in touch with the revenue supervisor plus they reveal that there's NOTHING they are able to do. I'm really upset using the customer support we've received. The sellers speak up the client support and guarantee issues they cannot or wont provide. If you have an issue speaking with a is much like speaking with a solid wall. They got your company plus they wont do what it requires to maintain a person. It's like purchasing your vehicle in a buy-here pay-here lot. Mathis Brothers is only a act. Do not spend a buck for the reason that shop not to mention $15 GREAT!!!
