I bought this mattress for around $3,000 2 yrs before and currently, the foam cover that rests above the atmosphere step includes a big (around. 10-inch long) pit in it and many smaller openings throughout it. Additionally, the foam item that rests between your two air-chambers is compressed so the center of the mattress includes a sunken place, that will be very uncomforable. Additionally, the show about the distant has gone bad. First I visited the store to exhibit them the images I required of the openings and introduced the distant for alternative plus they couldn't assist me... They called me towards the 1800#. After I named, they'd just protect some of the price to displace these faulty components. I waited 7 months and also the components never turned up. After I eventually named, they explained the purchase never prepared plus they had no reason. They'd not do something to create up for this mistake, I questioned when they might facilitate the delivery, perhaps 2 Day FedEx plus they explained NO, they just use UPS Ground. I subsequently inquired when they might take away the $8.95 delivery price from my statement, because in 7 months they never delivered it plus they said NO. This can be a horrible item with horrible customer support. Whenever you start the mattress and find out the inexpensive components (e.G., slim airy foam cover over plastic air beds), it is obviously not worth the cash. I actually do have images on my mobile phone for evidence if you want them. But I am unsure imagine if something can be achieved to assist the problem.
