Bolotins Customer Service is absolutely horrible

Bolotins Customer Support is completely horrible. All-they worry about is producing the first purchase. I bought an image that had a faulty body. The salesman suggested they might repair it. After I turned up to get the mounted image, it had been all wrapped-up and prepared for me personally to proceed. (I stay about one hour away)

Thinking anything was good because it was all packed for me personally and that I never obtained a phone showing something normally, I got the image house to discover that nothing have been completed.

I called the salesman quit a note and got no reaction. Two nights later I named again and talked together with her. She suggested that she forgot to contact (yes right).

They'll not purchase an upgraded image for me personally, won't have it reframed, or may they discount it to permit me to possess it reframed.

Alternatively the sole option I've would be to generate another time each method to return the image, so they may place it back on the ground and market it to another person.

Incredible.
