Poor company

Eric / Derek was employed like a moving assistance. Our move-date was 3/18/10. Although shifting, he and his 2 males smashed an image that retains great emotional value. He apologized to excellent duration and stated that he'd go to possess it fixed and also have fresh glass feedback. He explained it'd be sent to my doorway the next business-day. I named him on 3/24/10 and asked regarding the image. He explained he have been hectic which it'd be delivered by 3/25/10. It's today 3/27/10 and that I still don't have any image. He's not delivered my telephone calls since I have last talked with him, or has he supplied me with any info. I have to recover my image ASAP. Any help with this particular work could be greatly appreciated.
