Not shipped after 10 days being ordered

I named to determine where my purchase was, following the 10th time to be requested, was informed that it'd not been delivered. Was handed customer support # and got a note device. I've quit many communications despite the fact that the saving claims that they can call-back immediately.

There's no additional quantity to contact. It's 13 times today following the purchase and that I haven't noticed from their store, I've quit my # plus they have my email from origional purchase plus I replied towards the confirmation mail.
