Bedroom set was missing a peice

I set the bed set together and there is a peice absent. I called and mailed the organization however they explained they couldnt find my account and did nothing. I told them a component was lost but i still havent received an answer however. I dont want to return the complete collection ecause i really like and the price for set was fantastic. I simply want the peice for vanity set.
