My furniture was "lost" by Terry's and now I am out $1,5oo

I introduced a mahogany bank's table to Terryis Consign and Style Fixtures for consignment. I bought the table fresh for $1,500. It had been in excellent situation. Our selling price was $750. I examined about the table to determine if there have been any presents and was informed I have to decrease the cost since the cabinet was broken. I questioned how it got broken and visited the shop to check on. I set the cabinet myself and reluctantly got their recommendation to lessen the cost to $385. I visited the shop again close to the end-of my agreement to set up a collection because it nevertheless hadn't offered. Their worker explained, "the supervisor enables you to understand when to set up to get a collection. Meanwhile, abandon it below per week longer just in case it offers". Therefore, used to do as he recommended.

On my final visit (1 week later), I asked when the table had offered and was informed it had been no further within the shop. After I asked of its whereabouts, the supervisor explained the table was broken more plus they had contributed it to some non profit. After I questioned concerning the non profit, I had been provided an unrecognizable title of the company that may not be attained. Ultimately, my $1,500 table was eliminated and that I had no cash to exhibit for this. I came across additional tables such as this one promoting on Ebay and Craigslist for $750 or more. I tried calling the house office for months via telephone calls and US email but no body delivered my communications. The supervisor declined to complete something except to express "try our corporate office". Terry's Consignment is just a FRAUD! I advise everybody I understand to prevent them when they spot any worth within their possessions. Their customer support is just a laugh.
