In November we put an order to get a mattress with Furniture123. The web site guaranteed delivery before Christmas. We obtained a contact confirming delivery of the purchase without any estimation or reference to the shipping day. The cash was taken from our charge card instantly. Right before christmas we obtained a contact stating deliveries had closed-off. From then before end-of recently despite delivering numerous emails we've been not able to get yourself a shipping day. The client service is terrible. We've today terminated the purchase they've established bill and we will have just how long it requires to obtain a return. We've approached our charge card company and you will be creating a criticism to Trading Standards and other people we are able to think about to try and alert people to not utilize them.
