Matress pad not fire code compliant

I named the rest quantity organization to inquire about changing the primary bed pad & slipcover. Its $800. They stated it had been more costly whilst the one I purchased 6 years back didn't adhere to national fire requirements. Why did not they contact clients who'd the non-compliant addresses and tell them of the change?

No discount was provided because it is their item that's to blame? Anybody actually experience this? BAC Napa, Ca
