On 11/21/08 I bought a-3 computer sectional for $1,622.68 $151.50 scotch-guard—Whole $1,774.16, Compensated with charge card. I had been requested to signal bill while speaking with salesperson along with a customer support worker. After I ended the purchase 5 nights later and before furniture was shipped, I had been informed that I'd to pay for 25% charge for cancelation which I'd decided to these conditions by signing the bill. I told them that I had been never informed about that charge. Before I had been assisted about the evening I ended the purchase, there is a few (couple) that had ended a purchase of around $7,000 dlls. Once they noticed the things they needed me to pay for (about$443.00 plus they explained I'd to pay for this payment in money -free-no-check-) They contacted me and confirmed me all the paper-work concerning the cancelation they'd simply created, plus they did signal the bill also. Since I have disagreed in spending I had been informed these were likely to keep in touch with who owns the shop to determine easily could easily get a reduction on such outregeous charge. It is March 7th and that I haven't gotten my cash back yet.
