Horrible company

Quit! Do not purchase from Cymax they lay about their simple return policy.

We bought the prepac sonoma bed collection. It had been the least expensive of the least expensive malamine with thee thinnest dark laminate on the top I Have ever seen.

While we visited return it through their, one month straight forward simple return poilicy, we were informed we'd need to spend the price that it got them to ship to us, we'd need to deliver it back at our cost through advantages or Fedex.

To add insult to damage they stated there will be a 30% restocking charge - described no-where on the webpage.

All that included up virtually reaches the price of the furniture - anything they're well-aware of, these were not prepared to use us to solve this whatsoever.

We Will never but from Cymax again, and tell-all our friends to not.
