Lied about delivery date, will not give refund

I bought a couch described in a flyer I obtained out of this organization July 20th and was informed I really could choose it-up in three to five times. On Aug. 25th I visited the shop and was informed it'll be as much as 6 months, these werenot guaranteed.

I asked for my money-back (simple to do, it had been a Credit purchase) and also the salesman explained to return tomorrow. He explained the salesman who offered me the couch was performing tomorrow. I said they'd one like I bought sitting immediately. He explained I really couldnot have this 1. I asked to get a supervisor. He explained the salesman who offered me the couch was the supervisor. I expected for that telephone number for that Corporate Office. He explained there isnot one. I switched around and informed the pair behind me to not buy something there which I'd been lied to and today they'dnot provide me my cash back.

The salesman named law enforcement and informed 911 they'd a man within their shop " working insane " and he required Officials immediately. I waited till Officials came, regardless of the revenue man showing me I'd better keep prior to the authorities got there. Once they came, they paid attention to my tale and questioned why the shop did not return my income. The revenue man mentioned it had beennot feasible. I'd to talk to the man arriving to work tomorrow.

Law enforcement encouraged me it was a municipal issue but when used to donot keep the shop the salesman might document criminal trespass charges against me. He asked for my name. I stated that was good but desired to get yourself a backup of Law Enforcement Statement concerning this event. I adopted among the Officials to his automobile where he offered me the statement range. Don't buy anything from this store, any area!!!
