Awful company

We purchased a king sized bed on 12/3/06 from Bed King. Following a small amount of time it began tragedy on both factors, we named Bed Master and after several calls from me they ultimately sent a "mattess marshall" to check on the bed. He arrived and examined the bed, after fourteen days I named Mattess King to discover that which was happening, Charlotte stated they discovered mattress to become defective and we'd obtain a substitute. We'd to pay for another shipping charge to create us the newer "equivalent" bed from John. We got that one around 8/08 and today it's going in again. We can not obtain a good-nights rest, awaken to pains and aches from sleeping in openings within the bed. After several calls again to Bed Master we were informed the bed marshall was visiting examine it. The bed marshall calls me to setup a period and not exhibits, I contact him back and he informs me they no further keep company with Bed Master and seems really questionable concerning the connection they'd together. I contact Charlotte again and am provided the run-around. At wits end, I transform it to my spouse to contact. He gets somebody in the corporate workplace who claims she'll possess the bed marshall contact us. After many times, the mattress marshall calls, he arrives to judge our bed. He informs us the bed is faulty and we require a new one. After three months of not reading from anybody, we contact Charlotte again who claims they do not bother to contact following the analysis. States the bed marshall discovered nothing wrong without having bed and that is all we are able to do. My partner calls the organization workplace who provide him the run-around again and finally inform him it's as much as the maker they do not help the merchandise they just offer it. We've sent the john man, they mightnot provide us several to contact him but haven't gotten an answer. We're really discouraged that Bed King had not a problem getting our $1800 for that bit of crap mattress-but won't stay behind it. All we would like is just a bed that people could be relaxed on.
