Terrible company

This past year i purchased a dresser from furnituredeal online, when it came it had been to large for that room I needed it togo in, they'd set the incorrect dimensions about the product so when i called them, they stated easily held the torso they'd return me £30.00. We chose to store it for another space. Since that time they'll not return the cash [I've to email them because they wont examine it within the telephone] i obtained one email months before confirming they'd deliver me the cash however they haven't yet completed so-and I've sent them a large number of occasions since that they do not answer. Nowadays I've attempted to telephone them-and the telephone is completely involved. It isn't an enormous amount of cash I understand but I'm so furious using the method they're doing themselves.
