Lazyboy recliner
Purchase/order/still waiting 3 months for delivery of furniture!

We requested and taken care of 2 recliners on 01/16. On 4/10 we're still awaiting shipping, and do not have a when or if that's actually likely to occur. We were informed 6-8 months for shipping. It's now been 12 months. Today all of the shops in WA are shut, we're informed, till April 15th once they are allegedly reopening to get a "Big Sale". Within the mean-time, we cannot contact Lazyboy Furniture Gallery by telephone, with no one may recognize us whenever we move the shop. The Lazyboy Organization won't help at-all declaring no affiliation using the Lazyboy Furniture Galleries, apart from being truly a provider to these allegedly privately-owned shops that bring their title. Horrible customer support! They got our cash and at this time I actually donot experience to optimistic about viewing the seats we bought any time in the future and sometimes even whatsoever. I am left wondering if they're shut planning to get a losing sight of company purchase, or from bankruptsy, or who understands what? They undoubtedly aren't forthright with discovering or solving the problem of our absent taken care of furniture! It's possible to just speculate why they cannot create great on providing the seats we bought! Telephone calls go unreturned, or whilst the situation is at this time, the shop team is completely inaccessible! Possibly my charge card organization attempting to solve the problem or get yourself a charge-back and credit to my consideration can get their interest!
