Lazyboy Furniture
Consumers Beware. Don't buy funiture from Lazyboy. The quality is extremely poor

Construction & Repair

I bought 3 pieces of funiture from Lazyboy in 2005. I bought the Windsor leather sofa and two Washington High back chairs. I spent a total of $4766 and have had many problems. The sofa style is terrible to sit in. You sink low and the back is way too deep. The back cushion stiching came lose only 2 months after I owned the sofa. Lazyboy repaired the stiching but wouldn't let me return the sofa.

The funish on the leather is crap. It is wearing off on all the cushions and you can't turn them over. The reclining mechanism on both of my chairs needed to be replaced within 3 years. Lazyboy sent me one set of replacements for free plus shipping which ended up costing me $35. The replacement was easy. I have called three times now to try to get them to send me the 2nd set and their Customer Service line is messed up. I've left three messages for someone to return my call and have yet to receive a call. I'll try again today.

I would strongly recommend buying your furniture somewhere else. Lazyboy does not have a quality product. Consumers beware!
