My name is donald barrett, i bought a john queen size bed sept. 2007. Paid by check 867.99. The bed is loose in the centre, and it is coming in addition to the edge. It is nearly impossible to obtain from the bed. I possess a 10-year warranty with this mattress. Please recommend me what the next phase would be to fixing this problem.
