They don't deliver on time and deliver the wrong products

I've never had this type of terrible encounter with any organization in more than 15 years of purchasing furniture. Shipping continues to be postponed twice, which required more than 6 weeks after which the purchase was incorrect and reordered. I had been informed the reorder could be expedited and in the place of getting the 3 months they explained, they're calculating it to become 5 weeks. I've never noticed something so absurd. I'd never purchase other things from Natuzzi or might I actually send them to household or friends. Within this economy I actually donot believe they're obtaining a ton of purchases that's evoking the wait. Whenever a business messes up one purchase and attempts to repair it, I'd believe they'd attempt their finest to obtain it towards the client the moment feasible, however they have postponed it much more than easily might have location a brand new purchase with Natuzzi. It's been nearly annually since I have have positioned my initial purchase and that I still haven't gotten anything.
